Mr.Venkatesh KN is a Front End Assistant at PACT INDIA, supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of the clinic. He has been part of PACT INDIA since March 2020, managing patient appointments, follow-ups, payments and clinic-related coordination. As a person with visual impairment, Venkatesh brings commitment, adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility to his role, contributing consistently to smooth clinic operations and patient support.

At PACT INDIA, Mr. Venkatesh works closely with patients and Child Care Institutions, coordinating appointments, communicating updates and supporting follow-up processes. His role also involves assisting with payment-related coordination and ensuring that information is communicated clearly between patients, the clinic and partner institutions. Through his work, he contributes to an organized and responsive clinic environment, helping patients and programme teams navigate appointments and related processes with greater ease.
