Passionate about diversity and innovation, Mrs Sarmishta switched from an IT career to Brand and Knowledge Management and online marketing. However, her passion for home-schooling had her quit her professional career start a home-schooling blog to encourage parents and set the vision for home-schooling in India. She is currently a graphics designer, entrepreneur, home school coach and life-coach to young men and women.

She has first-hand experience with special needs children, being a mother to a young boy with special needs. To ensure and enable his independence, she gives great attention to his physical and social rehabilitation. She is also a great resource with experience in the developmental sector, disability and adoption care.
