Dr. Reuban Daniel Chandrasekaran is a physiotherapist, disability-sector professional and social-impact leader with over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation, disability inclusion, programme development and nonprofit operations. As a founding member and Head of Programs & Operations at PACT INDIA, he brings together his clinical experience and organizational leadership to strengthen inclusive care systems for children with disabilities, particularly those living in institutional care.
Dr. Reuban has worked extensively in community-based rehabilitation, early intervention, caregiver development and accessibility initiatives. At PACT INDIA, he has helped develop rehabilitation and caregiver-training programmes, strengthen organiszational systems and build capacity among caregivers and rehabilitation professionals. His current focus is on strengthening inclusive rehabilitation, caregiver capacity building, mental-health and visual rehabilitation initiatives, while developing sustainable systems and partnerships that support children with disabilities and their caregivers.
