Ms. Anisha Vijayakumar is a Rehabilitation Therapist in the Psychology domain at PACT INDIA, supporting children, adolescents and young adults with developmental, behavioral, emotional and functional needs. With an M.Sc. in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science, she brings a rehabilitation-focused approach to psychological and behavioral support, cognitive and developmental skill-building, functional activities and vocational readiness.
At PACT INDIA, Anisha works across the OAS and SG programmes, providing individual and group interventions while contributing to personalized goal setting and intervention planning. She also serves as Cluster Lead for Caregiver Trainings, supporting programme planning, content development, competency-based training and follow-up. Her current focus is on strengthening emotional regulation, behavioral support, cognitive development, social skills and functional independence, while helping caregivers build the skills and confidence to support children’s developmental and rehabilitation goals.
