Dr. Kiruthika G PT is a Clinical Physiotherapist and Cluster Lead at PACT INDIA, with experience in paediatric rehabilitation, clinical practice and healthcare quality improvement. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, she works with children across Child Care Centres, providing individualized, evidence-based interventions focused on functional goals and meaningful outcomes. Her work also includes clinical quality audits, documentation review and supporting consistent rehabilitation practices.

At PACT INDIA, Dr. Kiruthika contributes to clinical quality assurance through audits, IRP validations, outcome monitoring and therapist mentoring. She works closely with therapists to strengthen clinical practice, documentation and evidence-based care across the OAS Programme. Alongside her role at PACT INDIA, she serves as a Consultant Physiotherapist at the Self Generation Clinic, providing patient-centred physiotherapy care to the general public. Her work brings together clinical practice, quality improvement and continuous learning to support better rehabilitation services.
