Ms. Malu Jayasanker is a Senior Programme Associate at PACT INDIA, with three years of experience in social work, programme coordination, rehabilitation services, stakeholder engagement and child welfare. With a Master of Social Work from Pondicherry Central University, she works closely with Child Care Institutions, multidisciplinary teams, caregivers and partners to support inclusive care for children with special needs. Her work combines programme coordination with a strong focus on communication and collaboration.
At PACT INDIA, Ms. Malu coordinates the implementation of OAS Programme activities across partner Child Care Institutions, working closely with therapists, CCI teams, caregivers and other stakeholders. She supports service monitoring, programme documentation, reporting and digital tracking through the EI App, while also contributing to caregiver engagement and capacity-building initiatives. Alongside her OAS responsibilities, she supports Marketing & Communications activities, helping strengthen programme communication and stakeholder engagement.
