Dr. Pristy Paul PT is the Co-Lead – OAS Intervention & Training at PACT INDIA and has five years of experience as a physiotherapist, with a special focus on paediatric and neurodevelopmental rehabilitation. With a Master of Physiotherapy in Pediatrics, He is particularly interested in understanding how children develop movement skills and how principles of motor learning can support their functional development. His approach combines clinical reasoning, individualised goal setting and evidence-informed practice, with a focus on helping children participate more confidently in their everyday environments.
At PACT INDIA, Dr. Pristy works closely with therapists through clinical supervision, training and mentoring, while contributing to the quality and consistency of rehabilitation services across Child Care Institutions. He also supports clinical quality, outcome monitoring and programme development. He is passionate about strengthening child-centred rehabilitation practices and creating meaningful, functional outcomes for children through thoughtful clinical care and collaborative teamwork.
