Mr. Santhosh N is an Associate Co-Lead – OD Processes at PACT INDIA, supporting Administration, Accounts, Finance and organizational processes. With an MBA in Human Resources and Finance, he brings experience in financial coordination, budgeting, payroll support, compliance, documentation and operational reporting. His work involves coordinating across departments and strengthening internal systems that support the organization’s day-to-day operations.
At PACT INDIA, Mr. Santhosh supports vendor payments, staff reimbursements, budgeting, expense tracking, payroll coordination and audit-related processes. He also contributes to compliance follow-up, staff administration, financial documentation and internal reporting. His current focus is on strengthening administrative and finance processes through better documentation, timely tracking and structured reporting, while supporting transparency, accountability and smooth organisational operations. He is also certified in Tally 9.0 for Accounting and Financial Management.
