Throughout her journey, she has consistently excelled in program and project execution, with a particular focus on child rights and education initiatives. Her expertise is multifaceted, encompassing curriculum development, crafting programs for special needs education, and training teachers in effective methodologies and child psychology. Ms. Usha is a driven leader who achieves results. Her exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, have been instrumental in fostering strong partnerships with NGOs, governments, and relevant stakeholders. She is a champion for children, with a deep understanding of their needs. This understanding is coupled with her proven ability to design and implement successful programs through collaborative efforts.

She is a member of the board of directors for a community college and serves as a trustee for an NGO dedicated to supporting children from disadvantaged communities.
