At PACT India, we believe that caring for children begins with caring for the people who serve them. Behind every milestone we achieve is a dedicated team that works tirelessly to create meaningful change in the lives of children with special needs. Taking time to celebrate these efforts is just as important as the work itself.

In June, Team PACT came together for a refreshing getaway to the beautiful hills of Ooty. More than just a trip, it was an opportunity to pause from our busy schedules, unwind, and celebrate the dedication, resilience, and achievements of every member of the PACT family.

What made this year’s celebration even more special was the presence of our employees’ families. The one-night stay offered moments of laughter, meaningful conversations, scenic views, delicious food, and shared experiences that brought colleagues and their families closer together. Away from daily responsibilities, we had the chance to know one another beyond our professional roles, strengthening the bonds that make Team PACT more than just co-workers—we are a community.

Every outing at PACT is a celebration of our collective journey. It is a time to acknowledge the challenges we have overcome, the lives we have touched, and the impact we continue to create together. These moments of togetherness help us return to our work refreshed, motivated, and even more united in our purpose.

As we continue our mission of empowering OAS children with special needs, we carry forward not only renewed energy but also the memories of a wonderful time spent together.
