One standout member of the team is Mr. Venkatesh, who began his career at PACT as a front office trainee in 2023 and has quickly advanced to the role of front-end assistant within just a year.

Mr. Venkatesh, who is visually impaired, has consistently challenged himself throughout his life, overcoming obstacles that many would deem insurmountable. He attended a school specifically for visually impaired students, where he mastered the braille script. In 2017, he received specialized training from Enable India, an NGO dedicated to supporting the visually impaired community.
